I wonder what Ben the person is like is real life because he is very bad on the show.

I'd like to think he is a nice guy when he isn't Ben the actor. If he is anything like his character, then he probably doesn't have many friends off the set.

He was also a pretty bad dude in SAW so I doubt he has many friends.

michael emerson does play some pretty sedistic roles like the one one saw ^^personally i think he is a great actor, i imagine he veyr much like terry quinn, he one of the mor eexpereinced actors on the set so probably stays on the outskirts of things rehearsing his lines.

I LOVE Michael Emerson, I can't say it enough! In one of the commentaries on one episode, Evangelline Lilly was talking about him and said he's a really lovely guy, a real gentleman - he seems nice to me from what I've heard in the commentaries - I LOVE HIM!

I'm sorry but since there are many Wizard of Oz allusions in Lost, I have to share my story. When I was 4 I watched that movie for the first time and was CONVINCED the Wicked Witch was a horrible person and after the movie the actress playing her had to have gotten arrested or ran away to "bad people land" or something (I was 4!!) b/c she was just so mean! My parents explained to me that it was just a movie, and the bad people are really good people in real life. So then I thought actors were like backwards land...Bad character-good person, good character-bad person. Now, 21 years later, that would explain all the stories we hear about Evangeline being a "Diva" and a real witch to the rest of the cast and crew lol
