Blasted mechanism is a pretty wild band and I lve how they introduce the Didj in the song and the way he vocalizes in the drone. Pretty cool and interesting use of it.

Its all about the didj Horus. I love playing it and it is in a class all by itself. I just wish i played as good as they do.

Ahh the land "Down Under" Australia. When I went there I saw it being played and the sound it made was captivating. It is a completely differnt experience to hear it in person than on here. As good as I think it sounds on here I cant imaigine how great it sounded in person

Well if that is how you want to view it. To each their own. I see it as an incredible musical instrument and not a phallic symbol.

I am not getting aroused watching this I am appreciating the musical art involved and how they are able to create the sounds that they do.

hey thanks LT . love the didge, it is very hard to play, as you know. i think the sound is haunting, ethereal, primeval, it resonates in my bones. i love it. i know the singing sometimes can sound like garble but really when hear a full corroboree in swing with singing , tapping sticks and didge and dancing. makes you realise exactly how much these people know and how little we (aussies) have bothered to learn

I was just messing around. I doubt I could even get a noise out of the instrument. I am not musically inclined. I did get kicked out of school for bringing a conch shell to school and blowing it in the hallway during class. I guess the principal wasn't a music enthusiast either.

Nah. I could barely get my mouth around the hole more or less the whole conch shell. And my principle was a nun ... that strict Catholic upbringing did wonders for me.

Jeremy Donovan is incredible. Love to see him perform in person
