Is Kate an Oceanic 6?

At this point in time from what we have seen in the flash forwards, I think that we can only conclude that Jack and Hurley are part of the Oceanic 6. We have also seen Kate in the flash forwards, but we only saw her in context with Jack. The writers went out fo their way to show Jack in his own little world (making himself a drink, watching Hurley's chase on TV, etc.) but Kate has not been shown like this yet. Both Jack and Hurley have interacted with other people in the future. The only person Kate has interacted with is Jack. It could be possible that the writers are trying to trick us into believing that Kate is saved when she really is not...she could just be a manifestation to Jack like Charlie is to Hurley. I think it is too soon to conclude for certain that Kate is one of the Oceanic 6...although she quite possibly could be confirmed in later flash forwards.

maybe 6 are rescued initially and then more? or maybe kate is never actually rescued at all. however if jack is hallucintaing her - he could at leats give her a flashier car lol!

But why would he be telling her that they must go back if she were not really there? And she replies back to him "No."

I think she really is there....just not sure who she is with.

The issue is not about her not being there. She was there in the flashforward. The issue is whether she came back as one of the famous Oceanic 6. She was a fugitive, she could have managed another incognito way of getting back to main land.

My problem with kate being one of the 6 is that she is a fugitive, someone in the real world know that there was a US law enforcement agent transporting a convict on Oceanic 815 and someone knows what she looks like. Hurley yelled im one of the Oceanic 6 like it was common knowledge, and they seem to at one point have been celebrities. That being said, if Kate was one of the 6 i assume she would be in jail

Kate also could have been pardoned because of the extreme circumstances,Maybe that's why she looks so put together in the flash forward she is trying to straighten out her life maybe with a baby? just a thought ,the possibilities are endless.
