Part of a larger plan?

This is way out there but I guess nothing can be ruled out.

I contend that Cindy the stewardess slipped away from the Tailies on her own. The others took 12 people they wanted the first 2 nights and she was not one of them.

Could it be that she and the pilot were in on some plan to take the plane to the island but when Desmond failed to enter the code that day it ended up destroying the plane, which was not part of the plan?

The only reason we think the plane lost contact after 6 hours and turned back is because the pilot says so. Some have speculated that the plane is really in the INdian Ocean. Maybe the pilot set out to the island off the bat and just lied about the rest to cover.

Anything is possible...:o

Anthing is possible on this show good theory,but maybe they are part of the group on the freighter,only because Ben and all the others seemed pretty surprised to see a plane let alone one about to crash on their well hidden island.Although Ben is a good actor he could have been expecting Plane just not the crash part thanks to Desmond.

very true.....he did think up that plan to pose "others" as crash victims rather quickly.

Ben does not share the big picture with his people until he has to and then only in part. He very well could have known the plane was coming and just acted like he was surprised. He had no problem putting a plan together immediately.

If he needed a spinal surgeon and they have all these operatives, it very well could have been planned to get Jack there for his surgery and other 815 people for other reasons too.

I think u guys are right. These Oceanic people are seeming creepier and creepier to me every day. Especially with the Sam diaries and all. Now with Cindy suspected to be an OTHER. I remember that scene where she was at the bottom of that ridge and just GONE all of a sudden. Plus if u think about it, the ones WE(lost fans & losties) call the others aren't that fast. I mean c'mon, TOM and JULIETTE aren't gonna run around the woods Whispering in one spot then steal a full grown woman in 1 second without her making a sound GIMME A BREAK. Smokie is the Whisperer I'm callin it right now, and so is everyone else LOL!
