And how come Ben got cancer on the island & an operation was needed to save him rather then the island?

And if the miricles stop after leaving the island why would people want to come to the island as Ben feared? If you wanted a cure you would have to remain on the island.

And since we saw that Sun safely gave birth in Korea then why wouldn't Ben letc the pregnant women off the island until birth as Julliet begged of him? Or, why not have women/men concieve off the island like Claire?

I think Ben got cancer when he was leaving the island to do what ever devious things he did. We saw all the passports so we know he was leaving the island for sure, As for the rest, I haven't made up my mind on that. Cause it doesn't look like Hurley's curse is gone in the ff. He's back in the nut ward!!!

Yes, but w/ his own mother dying at his birth you would assume he would want the mothers to suffer, lose their babies & so forth.
