In that epsode, I thought it was sort of strange that you don't see Dr. Arzt in any of the other episodes up until Michael is getting close to finishing the raft and then just out of the blue here comes this guy telling them about the effects of the winds. I know he was in the plane when it crashed so that's obviously where he came from. It's just that he had nothing to do with the main characters and all off a sudden, here he is.

in a mobisode he told jack that he meet a woman by internet and she whant to meet him and she lived in sidney so he went there and things didnt work out so thats how he end up in the Oc815 and all he said to michael was a lie he just wanted to het off the island and that was it..
