Kates Horse

Ok, So now that there is a break during season 4 I have gone out and bought all 3 previous seasons of LOST and have been watching them non stop. I'm up to the episode where Kate's horse first appears in season 2. During this episode she is nursing Sawyer in the Dahrma station where we see Desmond for the second time. Kate confesses something to Sawyer about why she killed her father, but then she said something about how sawyer was her dad or something? I got really confused then sawyer trys to choke her to death before he regains consciousness. If any one could clear this up for me id really appreciate it! Also an aside note super fast: In this episode I thought it was funny how the Federal Marshal and Kate slam into a telephone pole in his car hard enough to set off both airbags and knockout the cop, yet the car is in perfect condition and drivable for Kate to make her escape in. :rolleyes:

I think she was comparing Sawyer to her father, they are both very similar people and I think in some weird way, Sawyer reminds Kate of her father. They are both manipulating con artists who have a rough, rugged side to them and at this point in the show, Kate doesn't know Sawyer that well (as far as I know) so she's not even sure if she can trust him. I think seeing Sawyer there gave her flashbacks of her father which is why she said that, just my opinion :) It's been awhile since I've seen that episode though.

Haha yah I'm back! I started a new job a few weeks ago and couldn't get on at first, but now things have slowed down so I'm gonna get back on here :) I've missed you all!

Yeah that defiantly makes sense.... It was kinda weird though it was almost as if Sawyer was possessed by Kate's father or something though. But I could see how she could relate Sawyer to her dad because they are both kinda country tough guys. I kinda don't like Kate though, I think shes a skeezer and played jack. Oh well the doctor who he kissed in the last episode of season 4 is way cuter.
