Help!!!

Can anyone help?? I used to be an avid viewer but haven't watched any episodes since the others kidnapped Jack etc in it's compound and held them in the cages. I watched the latest episode the other night but have obviously missed a fair bit!!! Can anyone give me a brief update as to what I've missed??? Thanks

Haha well you are pretty far behind my friend, if I started to update you I'd probably have 10 pages of writing! This website should help, it sums up each episode in its entirety so unless you want to wait and watch the actual episodes, it should help get you caught up. Just scroll down to where it says season 3 episodes and they are all listed. Let me know if you have any other questions :)

Don't bother reading what happens... just buy/rent the DVDs and watch them. It is WELL worth it, trust me.

Yeah buy the LOST DVD SET....I have bought Season 1,2,3...well worth the money. Especially if you are addicted to the series and enjoy watching the episodes over and over trying to find clues and taking screen shots of weird events that have occurred, or just for a recap.
