Can anyone help?? I used to be an avid viewer but haven't watched any episodes since the others kidnapped Jack etc in it's compound and held them in the cages. I watched the latest episode the other night but have obviously missed a fair bit!!! Can anyone give me a brief update as to what I've missed??? Thanks

best idea is to go on abc.com and watch the 8:15 minute video summary of lost, but be warned that the finale is something to watch not to be spoiled

You need to WATCH the rest of season3, Lots of answers were given, and it wouldnt be very fun for someone to spoil those for you.
The finale especially needs to be watched to bridge the gap.
At ABC.com you can catch up in HD. Every episode of the entire series is on ABC.com.
Or rent the DVD's.

defo watch - not only is it brilliant viewing but i we all managed to get all the facts together between everyone - you would be in for a looooooooooong read which would be far less entertaining than seeing for yourself :)

or go to the website and u can click on each episode to get a quick update on the most important events,etc.......i also suggest buying the dvd's....we are big fans...never miss a show....and own all of the seasons...it's amazing what u learn from rewatching them...things u misses before...and once you go back u know more from the future episodes to help u read into things on the prior shows.....

you could watch those episodes, that is, if you are american. ABC.com only has episodes available for residents of the US, so Canadians, Europeans and anyone else is screwed over. Damn it all to hell.

Im not going to tell you a thing that happened, it would ruin it, the show is meant to be watched, so you owe yourself to watch em all...

but wait... wat happened to jack??
jack stuck with others, back on main island now.
kate locke saayid go find jack at barroks(where others live)
they find another station, above ground this time!
along with... mikhail, a "dharma memeber"
find out he no dharma memeber, one of others
rosseau joins in
they find HUGE electromagnetic fence, where locke pushes mikhail into nd dies..
they find jack
they get captured
kate finds jack makes deal w/ others to go home..
locke blows submarine up(jack very angry)
jack hate saayid nd... juliette go "home"
desmond has visions of future(idk y)
desmond sees charlie die over nd over
desmond sees women crash on island
crashed women named naiomi
she has boat off coast of island
charlie turns off jamming transition signals in underwater hatch. then he drowns... :(
they call boat,
locke kills naiomi
guy parachutes onto island
( when locke was gone, he joined ben. ben lead him to their leader jacob. jacobs cabin creepy, no one see jacob eccept for ben. locke hears jacob, ben get mad ben shoot locke. locke comes back to life, walt, yes walt, tells him he has work to do.

well we all thought he was, but in the season primiere, he said he was doing all that like joining the others, for the saftey of everyone.
