Jacks dad in chair

Im sorry if someone has already mentioned this, but has anyone noticed that it was jacks dad sitting in the chair when hurley looked through the window?

maybe jacks dad is jacob:eek: nah i dnt think he is but maybe jacob can change into anyone he pleases.
