At this point, it is too close to the con for me to guarantee you will get your ribbons in time, shipped from the West Coast. I really hate turning people away who are still asking, but they really well and truly may not get to you before the con.
The best suggestion I have is to ask anyone you see at the con with a ribbon if they have extras.
Again, I hate having to turn people down because everyone has been so fantastically supportive of my crazy-ass idea, but short of my inventing a TARDIS in under a week, I cannot get the ribbons to you in time.
And frankly, if I could invent a TARDIS in under a week, I'd be at the damn con MYSELF! :>
