Episode 1 of Series four is "The Begging of the End" Bit is "Confirmed Dead" Episode 2 or 3 ?

Sorry for the Pointless topic. i just get a bit confused with the time diffrence.

IE: when it comes out in the US is diffrent to the UK.

the beginning of the end is the first episode of season four and confirmed dead is the second
