Maybe I missed something on the show, and even on here, but can someone clear something up for me that I have been trying to figure out.
For some reason I thought that on the episode "Meet Kevin Johnson" the soldiers were still on the boat trying to find the island??? How and when did they actually reach the island? It's like they just somehow all of a sudden appeared there. and where was des, Sayid, michael etc.. since they were on the island.
I'm really beginning to think there is some sort of conspiracy going on here. Once Ben sent his daughter and rousseau away, all of a sudden the soldiers are on the island exactly in the same location killing them?? now when miles came in the house with the walkie talkie, they asked him "how many of them are there" and miles replied "about 6". The smoke monster with all its rage went and attacked the soldiers, however in the "next week on Lost" segment it seemed that many of them were still alive and well. and even though Ben may have felt bad about his daughter getting killed, he was so scared of the soldiers and the smoke monster, but yet he still went in the area where both were and told everyone else to run the other way... Could he have been doing something else while they were going the opisite way??
