View Full Version : Proof of the eye's owner
It is def Locke. I started to begin to think it wasn't based on what "eye" read here, but I think this is proof. The eye Hurley saw did appear to be brown, but now I'm thinking it's the lighting.
What does everyone think?

It is most definitely NOT Locke, its Jacob.
On the Season 3 DVD commentary on Man Behind The Curtain, Damon, Carlton and Michael Emerson discuss the episode, which includes Jacob and the eye. Which is the same eye that appears to Hurley.
There is no question after hearing the commentary that the eye is one way Jacob will be depicted.
There is another thread posted recently discussing this.

I saw that too and I think the show is trying to make us believe its Locke, hence having Locke be the one to show up right away after the door opens. I really don't think it is though, whatever eye we saw belonged to Jacob, an unknown actor we haven't seen yet.
