in the episode where it flashbacks to locke helping his farm friends out and being watched by that cop, did anyone else realize or notice that one of his farm friends was one of the "others"? has this topic already been discussed before? it never explained it if that was the case....anyway, im pretty sure it was the same guy that was playing football with jack. what's his name? mr. friendly? any thoughts would be appreciated.

I did not notice that. But before Locke pushes Mikhail through the fence, Mikhail was taring to say someting about how he didn't know the rest of them but the John Lock he knew was in a wheelchair.

Interesting so ur saying TOM big, fat, grey haired, no beard, currently dead tom was working on lockes farm, interesting. When was that flashback, season 2 i think, probably early season 2 b4 they met the others, makes sense.

So is the OP saying that it was indeed Tom at the farm with Locke?? or was it another other. I will have to go back and look. Maybe they were watching him even back then? Also has anyone else noticed or discussed that Sam's "partner" Sonya looks like she is one of the others too? Am I just imagining this?!?! I swear I've seen her as one of the others. Anyone else notice this?

She might be, Cindy, one of the other flight attendants are an other now. So who knows they could have kidnapped her like they did Cindy.

I don't know if that is what he is saying, but I am definately going to see if I can find that episode.....will post back when I do.

Well I found the episode with the whole bit about the undercover cop and the camp John was on. It called Further Instructions and it is the 3rd episode of S3.

Mike, who was the guy on the camp that is in the greenhouse helping Jan clean up the Marijuana. His real name is Chris Mulkey and the only episode he has been in is that one. So its not the same perons.

you know its funny you say that as i remember watching that episode originally and thinking he sounded like tom but when i looked at him he didnt look quite the same.

He (the actor M.C. Gainey) wasn't in that episode but it doesn't mean his character wasn't.

His character could have been there as a younger Mr. Friendly and played by someone else.

This show is notorious for placing look alikes in episodes. When Penny was first introduced, there was a lot of confusion about Sarah (jacks wife), Penny and even Juliet. Ben even tells Jack that they were hoping to soften him up by having Juliet get close to him and her reminding him of his ex. So, it is just a mind game they are playing with us.
