On Island:
- Daniel likes Charlotte
- Charlotte knows Korean
- Jin is a smart-badass
- Mile's 'talents' are real
- Frank has some ulterior motives, unrelated to the freighter crew
- Juliette loves Jack
- Jack loves Kate
- Kate loves Jack
- Smokey didn't kill Keamy and his men (Why not?)
- The dead people who appear can physically interact with the living

Flash Forward:
- Jack is living with Kate
- Jack and Kate get engaged
- Hurley is being 'visited' by Charlie for extended periods of time
- Charlie is bringing messages to Hurley, for Jack
- Jack and Kate love lying to each other
- Sawyer chose to stay on the Island
- Kate made a promise to Sawyer prior to leaving the Island
- Jack knows he's related to Aaron
- Why Jack was a broken man in Season 3 Finale
- Why Jack started self-medicating
- Why Jack mentioned his father being upstairs in Season 3 Finale (perhaps visions coupled with pills?)
- Sawyer is likely not in the coffin

I think we suspect that Jack knows Aaron is related to him, but it hasn't really been confirmed. A question: how did this episode reveal Jack's breakdown in season three?

-Claire is missing
-The helicoptor can obviously hold more than four people
-Daniel knows a thing or two about surgery (maybe not just on animals?)
-Bernard makes a good surgical assitant
-Sawyer has grown a true attachment to Claire

-Kate likes to wear skimpy pajamas a lot
-Hurley clearly needs to take his meds
-Jack has a patient with a brain tumor

The breakdown appears to be from what will be his eventual run-in with his dead father coupled with his very rough break-up with Kate and subsequent calling off of the marriage.
