are they really still on the island?

what if when they were 'rescued' - more than 6 did leave but some are in hiding?

we are so far assuming that only 6 left and the rest were left on the island with the oceanic 6 not telling anyone about them and this is why matthew abaddon is asking about them.

but it could well be the secret is not if they are alive on the island but where are they hiding back home?

wait so are u saying that they are back in their homes, where ever they are, and they are hiding from somthing? So Hurley, Jack, and Kate are keeping this "fake" secret, to keep the agents and stuff wondering where the rest of the flight went.

no not literally in their homes - thats wouldnt be a very good hiding place at all lol!

i mean - what if more returned from the island but ahve gone into hiding for one reason or another and this is the secret that the 6 are hiding?

hmm but then why would jack want to go back?
