sam is also the name of the guy who breaks in on the commercials (oceanic) re: not trusting 'them' and stating that they found oceanic flight 815...his fiance was on the plane (a stewardess)...where is this guy from (daniel)..he reminds me of a famous child actor whose grown up in the movies..anyone know

i would think that it was a flash back just like the rest of the 4 man crew. they were all watching (or reading) about how 815 was just found.... why would it be showing that footage on a flash forward. Thinking about that i could see if they were to find it before the news broke and they were all watching and reading knowing it was all huey, and he was all destraught because he knew something horrible happened there..... Then again... naomi did say the news said they found the plane in the ocean with no survivors when she landed.

At the end, they show her talking to the "Oceanic Atty" as he was telling her that her mission was to be in charge of getting the crew in and off the island without getting killed. He is in charge of whatever organization those guys are a part of.... BUT, ooooops, she got killed!!!

i figure its something military or like swat, she seems to have some good survivial skills(crawling away and leaving a dummy track) and also some form of combat training "(setting a trap for kate who was tracking her and getting the upper hand on her) and she speak multi languages... seems like some type of government agent or mercenary

lol i said survival skills not blind knife dodging skills

and as for people dying we are only on ep 2 of the season and a whole bunch of people died in the season 3 finale... and she died in ep 1
