Ok, heres one for you. In the episode, "Cabin Fever" the chopper comes back to the island... As they fly by the beach, Leppeatus drops a bag out of the cockpit... In it is his sat phone with the GPS turned on... What do you think it means?? i think that it is a warning for the survivors to stay away of Keemey and the Spec ops team because i think that they are going to kill everyone on the island...
Another question:
What is that device on Keemey's arm??? I think that is some type of GPS transponder so that he can be found by the GPS....
Those are my ideas.... I can't wait for this week's episode!!!!!

yeah, I dont think anyone is going to dispute you on that one. other than maybe Jack, "I think they want us to follow them"
/facepalm Jack

I don't think there would've been suck a big deal made about it if it was just a GPS system. I think its something that monitors his pulse, and if he dies, it triggers a major explosive.

Dude good call on the monitor(I like that theory) I was wondering what the heck it could have been... It was very suspicious when they closed the door on Frank and Michael. Then the captain wanted to know what was on his arm..

I think you are right on Frank's motive and Jack is having a brain fart. I would imagine that Daniel and Charlotte would grasp the intent better.
There have been discussions about Keamy's "I-Pod" and some have suggested that it is a detonation device, which could go off if he dies. That's why he shows it to the captain, with a "go ahead and shoot me face and see what will happen".

Damn right Kemmy Is A Special Ops (Predator) If he dies the device on his arm will blow up, I wonder if he has to trigger it though?

You might be right about Keamy. But as far as the SAT phone that was dropped, I think that if Jack wants to follow them, he's wrong. Jack is 90% of the time wrong. It's a bad idea if the suvivors follow Jack this time.

Okay, this may be hard to wrap your minds around but here goes. I think Frank dropped the SAT phone off so that they would know when the heliocopter was coming. I believe that the island is already moving in space/time/dimension as demonstrated when the doctor washed up on shore before he was killed. So, my thinking is that the heliocopter is not really there yet either. Frank is looking out for them and I think that he has some kind of awareness about the time difference. As a pilot he knew that he had to fly the exact coordinates to get there safely.

a thought that crossed my mind - would love to see Keamy go head to head with the smoke monster. perhaps the transmitter is a bomb. the smoke monster would have to win

It's worrying that Jack wants to follow them - and it is gonna be the finale so there could be people about to die
