New Characters... Want Desmond Also?

If you remember... Naomi had a picture of Penny and Desmond... so if they are there for Ben... what was she doing with a picture of Desmond? Possibly a double mission? Maybe Penny knows the scary black guy and got in on the action? But actually no! cuz Desmond also wasn't on the plane...... WTF IS GOING ON!!!

No he wasnt.He opperated the hatch before the lostees got there...i think he was on a boat race and got lost on the island also though.

um...season 3 or two...i cant even remember anymore lol.I think it was explained in season 2.

did you miss all of season 3?! IF you did that is terrible... you should go watch it before you watch anymore.

Desmond was NOT on the plane... if you remember, Desmond tried to race around the world to prove to Penny's father that he was a somebody. Penny's father was holding the race. Desmond was sailboating (in Libby's boat believe it or not) and ended up crashing on the island and takin in by "i forget his name". Then he was in there pressing the button forever until Jack and Locke and Kate blow up the hatch (end of season1) and venture into it (season 2 premiere) and find Desmond (whom Jack knows because he was running stadium stairs with him in Season 1) HAHA WOW this show is sick!

Haha, I was just thinking about the picture of Penny and Desmond. I thought Penny's dad might be behind Naomi and the freighter. Maybe he is... we still have 6 episodes left!!

oh crap i remember him in the hatch...but i do not remember the boating thing at all..i did not re watch season 3 since i have not gotten it yet...i rewatch to try to remember the details..apparentlly did not work out that well...

i missed that part with desmond..or its still not clicking..i will be next thursday morning saying something about season 2 that popped in my head..i just do not recall that part...i remember him in the hatch, i remember it flashing to him and jack meeting before (in a stadium like place)..and the parts with penny last season..i just do not remember the boat thing

Well we know that Penny knows about the island and detected it at the end of the second season. Her dad does that race around the world or something. Im guessing that her dad recruits people for the jobs that the new 4 characters do. The dad realized the Desmond was there and had the people get him too because Desmond has now proved himself for her daughter. Just a thought for people who know Desmond's history...I see many people posting and not knowing his history.
