Now we know why Ben could have the crap beat out of him and he would just keep going. The Island won't let him die. Now the Island can't be a person can it? What do they mean by the "Island"? By the way, in the episode, Something Nice Back Home, when Miles is looking at Claire and he has his hood up he looks like the Grim Reaper. The tree or bush thing next to him does too.

I think jacob is the island. Christian said he could speak for jacob, as if he was referring to the island. It makes sense since he and claire were real comfy after john said he was the chosen one. The island is in the right hands now.

I've always wondered why Hydra island has a name, but "the island" doesn't. It's just always referred to as "the island."
