Everyone has been assuming the others are the original inhabitants of the island.

Whether the island is in the Pacific or Indian Ocean, the original inhabitants would not be white people, not even Cuban.

Someone tell me how I am wrong and the others who were mostly white or hispanic are the original inhabitants of an area where all of the neighboring peoples are probably asian, polynesian, pacific islanders or the like.

I have posted this before but I can't ever remember getting a direct response.

Thanks.

:)

Do you know how the aboriginal indigenous people of Australia got there? Why isn't it some other race? The same thing could have happened with the island, except instead of this race or that race, it was another race. And maybe they were Caucasoids. I don't say you are wrong, I just want to offer another possibility. I don't know what race the original inhabitants were.

But do we know the indigenous "hostiles" that were fighting with Dharma were a mix, or were they all Richard's type? Maybe someday... Lost can tell us the back-story as to who originally inhabited the island and what race they were... I'll be waiting for that day in angst. :)
