Where are the rest of the "OTHERS"

What happened to the kids that were kidnapped from the plane crash...and that one girl who was captured by them when she was with Anna Lucia?? all these things are going thru my head...there are still lot's of people on the island that they don't show anymore.

The rest of the others went to a different place on teh island or somewhere else we are not sure some where called the temple. They will probally come into play later on in the story

Well first of all... all of the others are actually on a seperate island, if you remember from season 3. Ben and some of them came over to capture the women but then got killed after they planned an ambush and then Hurley saved them with the Van. So all of the others that are left are Ben (on the island with them) and the rest are back on the "other" island, as much as that sounds like a pun. haha

Well first of all... all of the others are actually on a seperate island, if you remember from season 3. I think you are getting the impression they are on a different island because of Carl using the canoe thingy to get to the Losties quickly, as compared to going by foot. They are all on the same island, last we knew. Maybe now they moved to the other one... but last we knew, they were on the same wonderful island :)

No, I'm 100% sure when they had Jack, Kate, and Sawyer... Kate and Sawyer had to get a canoe so they could get to their other island. Then later on Carl took the canoe to go warn them. So yes, the others that died trying to capture the women and Ben were on the same island at that time. But there are still others on the OTHER island.

Um, sure. That's true. Sawyer and Kate (with Karl) did use a canoe to get to the main island. Then you'll remember that Kate struck out with some others (Sayid, Locke) to get Jack again. Did they take a boat again to save Jack, since he would still have been on the smaller island? No, they went inland.

While it is not shown, the Others returned to the main island which is where their Barracks are located.

We have no reason to believe the Others are on the smaller island. (Note that we have no reason to believe the are on the big island either, but the chances are that they are).

You're talking about Isabel - and unfortunately for Isabel the creators confirmed her as dead in an interview last year.

Sorry! I really liked her as a character too - but we will not see her again.

Yes, in this case they did. It was an interview after last season was over. Someone asked "So what about Isabel?" and they responded "Isabel, unfortunately, is dead." or something to that effect.

I think some people are LOST here :D So I am going to clear some things up.

Jack Kate Sawyer were taken to the smaller island for S3. All that crap happened, then Kate and Sawyer escaped and went back to THE island, the big one. Then Jack and the rest of them then went back to THE island, the big one (remember Jack and Ben on the boat??? He was Ben's caretaker). The barracks are on THE island, the big one. After Kate and them found the barracks on THE island, they gassed the Losties there and left the barracks. Stuff happened... they were going to attack the Losties camp, Carl went by his canoe thingy by water to get there faster than the attackers by foot. Then the attack failed, Ben decided to intercept Jack and them on their way to the tower on THE island, the big one... and he told the others that are with Richard to head for the TEMPLE, which as far as I can tell, is on THE island. It might be on the smaller one, but not really since it is a small island. THE island, the big one, is where all the good stuff is, the statue and whanot, the temple is most likely there.

That sums it up. I think you guys would benefit from watching the whole series again. I did that last week before the S04E01 :) It helps to get a clear picture of what happens.

because they found mikhail's map of the island and saw all the electric power going to one that was big enough to support a small community assuming thats where the others live

jack goes with ben and the others to the barracks on the main island to take care of ben

kate locke and sayid go to get jack

the others gas everyone and leave the baracks and take locke to go somewhere else on the island

lockes taking everyone to the now empty barracks on the main island

the others are somewhere else...including the people they kidnapped( and still probably more others on the hydrastation on the other island)

here's a little theroy i have. when miles call back to the freighter and asks to speak to that guy (can't remember his name) and the woman he speaks to sounds all flustered and says he's not there or can't come to the phone right then, well I think some of the others made it to the freighter and have taken them or him hostage cause Ben said they have someone from the boat and Ben always has a back up plan. I can just picture one of the others holding a gun to that woman (on the phone) and telling her what to say... what do you think

I haven't really read ALL the theories of where the Others are (haha sorry there are SOO many posts since last night I feel like I'll never catch up!!) but I personally think that the Others are in hiding, like someone had said probably on the island with the Hydra station. I'm sure in the next few episodes we'll find out, remember the previews mentioned something about a war between them so perhaps the Others will come out of the woodwork to help Ben?? Should be interesting!!

Actually in one of the commentaries of the Season 3 DVD the writers say Isabel is supposed to have died when Sayid, Bernard, and Jin shoot and blow up the tents on the beach. But they don't show Isabel at all during that time. So that was kind of a dumb way to kill her off.

You see the kids a couple times with "The Others", in fact I think Cindy, the girl who was kidnapped while with Ana Lucia is the one still taking care of them. She is the girl that tells Locke, that they have been waiting for him because he is special.

Not sure if you are referring to the houses as barracks, cause those are on the same island that the plane crashed at. The tents and stuff were on the other island and the cages where they kepts Sawyer, kate and jack. The others actually live on the same island as the Losties. Right? I don't think they left the island either. The canoe was left there and Carl left on foot after being let go. And now he is hiding, probably close to the canoe. My thoughts!

Thats because Carl tells them that they actually live on the same island as they do and that other place was something else, remember. And when they do find Jack, they are outside playing football in the yard in the middle of the "houses".
