I had it all planed tonight. the VCR was set up to tape. Which it did. But the tape ran out at the part where they found the pilot of the helicopter and he said he landed it safe and sound. Then boop. Luckly for me. I had a buddy tape it for me incase something like this happend. So you will hear the rest of my thoughts tomorrow.

I haven't read any post yet. So here goese my thoughts. Miles just might be a key to understanding the spirts that whisper on the island and direct contack with Jacob. Since he can speak to the spirtual world. I liek him already. yeah he needs a reality check because he is Mr. Balls right now. But Jack seeme dto do a wake up call on him tonight. To let him no that we on this island know that you all are full of BS. So what's the deal. Come on Gas mask an dprotective suites. Yeah we are here to rescue you. I beliv eMiles will join Locke at some point. And the polar bear was able to make it to Africa. wow.

I still do b/c I can't AFFORD a dvr, I would have taped last weeks episode. I had everything set up, the tape was in, it was on the right channel, I press record and go out for ice cream b/c it was my friend's b-day. Come back, realize that the VCR was not connected to the TV. :rolleyes: Yeah, I'm a flat broke college student who can't even afford anything besides instant Ramen, milk, and soda.

AHH That happened me the first night the first episode of season 4 came on - I taped it, but watched it at the same time, but when I went back to look at it, it had recorded without sound! I was so annoyed! Do you ever notice a vcr or dvd recorder will only do something like that if it's something really important???

I hear you, except for me its more like Ramen and energy drinks for those all night cram sessions, anyways instead of taping it you should just watch the episode the next day on abc.com, they even have it in hd.

Man i have better things to waste 50 bucks a month on than DVR for one show.
LOSt is the only reason the VCR was hooked up lol. Lucky for me I pulled a Jack the night before and had a buddy tape the episode as well. So I was able to watch the last 10 mins. So, "I don't know. How stupid are ya" lol. I wa swell prepaired for the ole "VCR mess up at the last 10 min thing." my insides pulled an island on me and told me to have another tape as well. I got the problem fixed. It was because the tape ran out because I still had the episode before last on there. So I can tape in peace now. lol

Ramen noodle soups are the bomb man. Espicaly chicken or orintal. That in my opion is the best. There basicaly a realy cheap soup. You can litraly buy 10 for 3 bucks or so. I think less than that. And not to meantion very easy to makes and conveant.

I watch it once live, then I usually watch it again very late at night on TiVo.

Lately, I've found that the version on ABC.com is better than the TiVo recording from standard TV. The picture and sound are much better. I've got it hooked to a flat panel TV with a VGA input. It's actually like watching a DVD or being at the movies. Hi Def TV would probably be ideal, but the streaming video quality is quite a surprise.

Hey Arch, I think you are spot on with your theory for Miles. Why else would they all of a sudden bring back the whispers in the first episode. We haven't heard them in a while then they all of a sudden appear as Hurley approches the cabin. Nice catch.

Miles does have an attitude problem but that will go away soon. I think Miles will be one of the good guys when the season gets going. I can see him staying with Jack but I can also see him going with Locke too. Locke is way more spiritual than Jack and that might be his reasoning for abandoning Jack and hooking up with Locke. I mena, who else better to talk to Jacob than a Ghost Hunter?

thats ok I cant get my tivo to run right, my one episode is in pieces, neither is names LOST and I can't get my chanels straight, cause I have dish network. It is a nightmare, I just wana quit the damn thing and go back to a VCR myself. My hussbands new comp is supposeed to be this media set up thing, but came with no video card, and or connection is like turtles runing the bits up and down my wire one at a time, slow, old turtles, so streaming video is not even watchable I just gotta have a good memory, and ccheck in here and I will be ok till season comes out on DVD
