Lament for Rousseau & Danielle

Ya know I wish they hadn't killed Rousseau, she had one of the most tragic stories of any character on the show. Danielle also. Why didn't they write a happy ending for those two. Kinda sucks don't it?

But...Danielle is Rousseau. And Rousseau is Danielle. She is Danielle Rosseau. And yeah, it does suck. I liked her. She was tough and knew the island. Hated that she'd just met her daughter and then got killed. Very tragic.

Aren't they one and the same? I'm guessing you meant Rousseau and Karl...
I'm not sad Danielle is gone- she was not easy on the eyes. But I still have a lot of questions about Karl that aren't answered. Like: whatever happend to his brainwashing? Where did he come from in the first place? Sorry, I digress.

I do think Rousseau and Karl deserved a better death - I truly believed Rousseau was still alive - Alex got a cruel death, but a very dramatic one. But I think Rousseau deserved better!

I always thought that if Rousseau was going to die, she would have a very heroic death, like saving all of the Losties from the hands of the bad guys. This death? Just kinda blah.

Yeah, that's why a lot of us were so convinced she was still alive!

That's exactly what I mean! She deserved better than that. I guess the writers/producers wanted us to see how ruthless and evil Kemee and his goons are? IMO They could have used some of those nameless, faceless Losties.

the extras are called "socks", and yes, they certainly could have just killed off some of them instead. But it did show how ruthless Keame was, didn't it...
BTW, someone said Danielle wasn't easy to look at or something? In one of my books, it's got a pic of her (Mia Furan) and I almost didn't recognize her. She's stunning. The caption just read, "Rouseau cleans up well." lol
But sorry, I don't know how to get that pic from the book into the computer, friends...

She was not hard to look at by no means. I found her attractive in her own way.

you know we were kinda bummed over the death of Danielle, and Alex. They were kinda just really getting to know one another. The cold execution of Alex was just awful, and heartless.......don't go away
