View Full Version : Hurley/Hugo
I watched s1e1 again and noticed when Hurley saw Charlie at the hospital at first Charlie acted like the Charlie we all are used to, at one point even saying "your being a baby" but when Charlie says they need you Hurley blocks his ears and Charlie's demeanor changes and he calls him Hugo which he never really did before,he sounded just like the black woman who sent him back to the beach to tell the rest not to come back for Jack,Kate, andSawyer.Did anyone else noticed this change in Charlies charactor?

Yah I noticed that but I think Charlie was trying to get the point across to Hurley that he's being serious. Sawyer even flip flops from Hurley to Hugo when he's being serious.
By the way, anyone notice that no one calls Sawyer "Sawyer" anymore...they all call him James. I guess after killing Locke's daddy they figure they probably shouldn't call him Sawyer anymore.
I don't know I kinda think there's something more to it can't quite fiqure it out yet, something about the look in Charlie's eyes and the way he said it.

I'm kind of upset, u know calling him james and all. It is almost like the whole SAWYER character is gone, and they replaced him with a new guy. I did like how he was kicking Ben's ass though, brought back the good ol season 2 days.
