Annie and Danielle Post

I've read some stuff saything that Annie could be danielle so i thought i would start at topic on that so we can see everybodys ideas, without jumping to differnt post ;)

I think it would make sense of annie was dannie, Annie (danielle) is often a nick name of a lil girl with the name danielle (my friend goes by annie and her name is danielle) i think that Ben took annie and hid her far in the jungle to keep her hidden from her father, because she was pregnet or allready had Alex. danielle (annie) lost her mind being traped in the jungle with a 2 yr old girl so Ben took alex.

what do yall think?

i am not sure - i would say annie was still on the island until the purge at the very least - unless something happened we are yet to see and she was sent away only to arrive back 'accidentally'.

we know for sure that danielle had to have been off the island at some point (so any annie going mad and living in the jungle as danielle theory wont work) as she conceived off the island, which is why she survived pregnancy and childbirth.

I think that ben got danielle pregnet, and knew she would die, so he didnt want to become emotional attached so he just "dumped" her....Put THEn why didnt she die?? maybe all the other pregent women on the island only died b.c they where trying to fix a issue they never had.....so by doing that they died.....

So danielle said that she shot her hubby when he got sick......HMMMM random shot, but im going for it. Lets just say that Danielle IS Annie, and she left the Island, and she wasnt supposed to , so it brought her back, but she goes by Danielle know, b.c she is older. So, why would daniells huby get sick? they made it clear, that mainly the pregnet ppl, are the ones that get the sickness.......what if ben knew that was his annie, so he injected some stuff in him so he will die.... ?

In Season 3, when it was looking like the Losties were about to be rescued Danielle made a comment about how she has been on the Island for 16 years (or so), and that the Island was now her home and she would never leave.

Also, since we have known Danielle she has been searching for her daughter Alex who was stolen by Ben. She even kidnapped Aaron and tried to trade him for Alex. I don't think she would leave the Island for any reason, much less without her daughter.

There could be a possibility that we see the reincarnation of those the island has lost in the newly born on the island. Maybe Ben was keen on Alex because she was the reincarnation of his passed away friend, Annie?

Maybe this is why Aaron is important and why Richard has been trying to find the chosen few because they are reincarnated versions of other people who have been to the island?

Since the island does not seem to have "time" value, maybe that is why children cannot be conceived and born on the island. The island does not see time so a soul cannot enter a newborn because it has not been out of that time dimension to retrieve a soul of another gone before them.

Didn't we find out earlier this season that one of the reasons Ben fell in love with Juliette was because she bore such a strong resemblance to "her". I don't remember who said it, but the suggestion was that the "her" was Annie. I think most of us took that as Annie was gone for good, probably was the love of Ben's life, and looks something like Juliette -- this is why Ben became infatuated with Juliette ("You're mine").

Yes, Juliette is the closest incarnate of Annie. We've read so much speculation about Annie being Kate, etc.

We haven't found out though, does Juliette's sister's child have an importance to the island now?

Claire/Aaron, Sun/her baby, Sawyer/his daughter, Juliette/her nieceor nephew?

I thought "Her" was Ben's mom. because in Ben's house he has a painting on the wall that looks to be his mother. Also, I think that Juliette looks like Ben's mom, thats why he likes her so much.

I always thought that "her" referred to Annie. The only reason I think it's Annie and not Ben's mother is because Ben was in love with Juilet - and not the same kind of love you give your mother.

To the original post, I don't think Danielle and Annie are the same either. While Danielle's background is still somewhat of a mystery, I think Ben would have treated her better if she truly was Annie. Ben would treat whoever Annie is like royalty, and that's not the treatment he gave Danielle.

Julietts sister isnt old enough to have a 30 some yr old man be her son.......unless she had him when she was like....10

plus remeber when juliette got her pregnet? lol that sounds soo wrong, but u get what im saying, she was soo happy to have a baby. But julie does look like Bens mom, and if his mom died, it would make sense for him to be soo attached to her.
