So Charlotte has been on the Island before but doesn't remember it. Myles on the other hand knows about it. Apparently she thinks she may have been born there.

I'm guessing she's the offspring of Adam and Eve. The two skeletons that were found in the caves in the first season.

Yeah, sounds like she's been time tripping or something. But how does Miles know? Next season!

Maybe she had something to do with Dharma... didn't they show her excavating a Dharma site in the desert? Ben ended up in the desert after he moved the island... maybe the Dharma people in the desert ended up there if they moved the island?

That makes sense because when Ben went down into the place with the donkey wheel, after he breaks through the ice on the top of the hole, there is a ladder going down into the cavern where the wheel was. Obviously someone put the ladder there so it goes to reason that the wheel has been used before and that maybe Charlotte was the one who used it. Ben told Locke that whoever moves the island cant come back and we saw that Ben ended up in the desert with the coat on so turning the wheel not only causes the island to move in space but also perhaps time? but it also throws the mover across time and space considering where and when Ben ended up.

So she moved the wheel as a child?
She says to Faraday that she was born there.
But we don't know when she left the place.
