How many other Oceanic 815 survivors are still alive? season finale spoilers

I’m referring to current time Day 108, not the flash forwards.
Aside from the Oceanic 6, John Locke, and Sawyer, how many other survivors from Oceanic 815 are still alive?

I think that Rose and Bernard remained on the island, and there were at least 5 other people in the Zodiac with Faraday after the ship exploded.

There still seemed to be several people walking on the ship when it exploded, which led me to believe that most of the Oceanic survivors died there.

How many survivors do you think the writers will bring back for season 5?

Jin is not alive, everyone just wants him to be alive cause you are caught up in your emotions. This is the same thing everyone did with Charlie when he died.. If they bring him back that would be retarded... too fake..

We actually saw Charlie die. In regards to Jin, we only saw an explosion. He could have jumped overboard before the explosion knowing that could save his life. But then again, he has no island to swim to like Sawyer did.:(

Exactly!!!!! No island, however, Des and Penny are still on the "Searcher" and Faraday is still out there on that raft......Maybe Jin did jump and finds Faraday's raft and eventually Penny and Des find the raft.

Great question. I've been wondering that too. How many 815er's are still on the island? That's including the tailies and any other people that might be with the others. It seems like so many of them have died so there would be no reason to go back to the island.

I'm guessing that will be addressed early on in S5. I hope. I like both Faraday and Jin as characters.

I think it would be interesting if Jin actually was alive, and if he's found by Dan and the redshirts. Perhaps they could go back to civilization as Sun and the rest of the O6 are going back to the island, and they'd never know.

As for the others, there are Rose, Bernard, Sawyer, and Juliet. I suppose Miles and Charlotte would be worth going back for as well. There are Cindy, Zack, and Emma, but they are with the Others. Perhaps they'll itroduce a few Nikki/Paulo-esque characters to make us care.

This may be slightly off topic, but what have Rose and Bernard contributed to show lately? They had their moment early in the show, but they seem to be a story line that was either lost or forgotten as the show developed. I'm a bit surprised they're both still on the payroll.

They have done plenty for characters not as prominent as the others. Bernard convinced Jin to go back to Sun, found out Dan was lying about a message because he knew morse code. And Rose has reminded us about being cured when she came to the island, where as both Jack and Ben have gotten sick.

We saw Hurley and Sun visit Jin's grave. There must be a body in there, right? Then how could Jin be alive and if not, how could they have found his body to burry him?
