So I just watched a new vodcast that showed the set director talking about the clothes in Lost and his dog was featured in it. He said the dog was kinda like the set's pet and its been in a couple episodes such as in Eko's flashback AND he was the dog in the portrait in Jacob's cabin.

Haha I just thought it was funny because we were all blowing up the portrait trying to figure out the meaning behind it when the whole time it was just the set director's dog making a cameo! :p

yea i know!!! i saw that too!!! like i tell me friend...sometimes its not necessary to look for deeper meanings because there are simple things too
