Who ELSE is in the picture with Ben?

Has anyone else noticed there is somebody in the picture with Ben? He's way over on the right side just barely inside the frame. Is it Matthew Abaddon? Is it Michael? Is it no one of consequence?

I'm guessing early 90's late 80's because of the monitor (its HUGE...) and his cloths. Lost writers/producers/directors pay close attention to detail, so his outfit doesn't say lack of taste to me, it says "this was the style at the time"
He also looks a lot younger (could just be that he's CLEAN tho... )
