I saw this somehow and thought I'd bring it up for discussion. I hope it is wrong, but his thoughts on the seemingly dual nature of the smoke monster were interesting.

I hope your wrong too, I enjoy molecular and astronomical physical theory as much as the next guy, but this is getting way over my head. I'm not a rocket scientist and have to believe they are writing this show for a broad viewing audience. I think this is way to deep for the average viewer like myself.

Just to clarify it is not my site, and not my theory. I hate the theory.

But I thought it was interesteing that sometimes the smoke emits light and sometimes it grabs and kills. Two monsters?

What we see here is another great um... whats the word...well I have seen soooo many people find very convincing "connections" between the show and things in the real world and they ALWAYS seem very convincing at first, but are most of the time disproven. Like we have for example the "Astorian theory" where the theorist proposes that Jacob is John Jacob Astoria, and there is something in that theory that the painting of the dog in the cabin was his dog because it just so happens to be the same type of dog, but from a recent video podcast we know that isn't the case. Its the "set dog". Well my point here is that you can find a connection to something but more than likely a different person is going to find a different connection for that very same thing and sound JUST as convincing.
The only thing about this theory we know for sure is time has alot to do with things, Although as i have pointed out in a previous post, time is doing just the opposite of what this theory proposes. We know from the number of days they have been on the island, it is currently christmas eve of 2004 (according to Lostpedia) or some time in december of '04. If you go to www.flyoceanicair.com you see a hacked ad by Sam Thomas and a press release that Oceanic is getting ready to fly again on December 31st 2007. So we know by this that island time is slower than regular time, not faster. That is why Juliet was hired by "Mittelos" because by living on the island you are really "losing time".

Whoooooooaaaaaa! Dude, that was intense. Maybe with a little more schooling, I may understand a little more of that. I liked the part of the exotic and anti matter, my calc. professor is getting his theory about that stuff published in europe. So I know thats the same stuff that is making the universe expand, it basically eats the exotic matter, and creats new matter, which is matter, like we humans see, and the universe, expands.

I find it hard to believe that the writers, knew all of this, unless they are getting their orders, on what to write from a higher power. But as of now, that report is credible, it may not be an explanation to the "show" world of lost, but in real life, if this were to happen, that essay would explain why. But I doubt it for the show.

So a Brachiosaurus or something is found with a collar on in the desert.... Obviously, some part of some government is reproducing the Philidelphia experement in the ocean and the plane was caught up in it and transported back in time.... They know they have to cover their tracks and use a replica plane and get dead bodies to look like the plane had crashed in the ocean and all were killed.... Easy !!!
That explains the recruiter not aging, he jumps around in time and therefor doesnt age the same way as someone who is not time traveling !
