2. in the early 90's there was a show about a girl who's dad was an alien and mom was human. she had the power to stop time and stuff. what was the name of the show?

During college, we were doing a fundraiser for something or other, and Dave Coulier came and did his "act." It was terrible. The funniest part was when everyone kept yelling for him to do "cut...it...out" and he wouldn't do it.
