When Claire has that dream, we see locke with one dark eye and one white.

Adam or Eve had a bag with a dark and white object.

Were those Backgammon pieces? Someone was saying they were stones, but I remember that scene where Locke was telling Walt about light and dark

i thought that was odd too. I don't know what it means but i'm sure they will go back into that sometime soon. it would not mean anything why would they show it you know what i mean?

Maybe they were referring to the whole yin/yang thing, it's definitely something there - and Backgammon is a very old game - I think it might be the oldest game there is!

I think (and I could be wrong) that its just a reference to yin and yang, specifically Jack and Locke, but being that Adam and Eve had a set Im sure it will come up again.

The yin yang thang sounds good. Heck, there’s even opposition in the direction of Claire’s movement.

Its interesting to see that now we are at the last hurdle the black and white stones return in the cave and are described to Sawyer as "an in joke"

Maybe thats what it really was to get us all thinking... or not argghh!

i just saw this ep today when claire has the dream, seems more significant now than ever!! Locke with black and white eyes freakin about aaron. And that guy that saw the "fuzzy" vision and said it was very important she raise aaron and no one else.
