I went to lostpedia to check something out and stumbled upon a pic of the wall of pictures before Miles goes up the stairs and another of when he goes down the stairs....the pics are arranged differently and with some new frames.....this leads us to believe that he actually changed the future while he was upstairs....and is it me or does it seem like the grandma's clothes and interior decorating are 60's or 70's ish.....i am trying to print pic but it says its too big for site....

amazing!
they have totally changed - gone from being really shabby to not so bad!
wonder what this is trying to show? has he subtly changed the future as someone mention or is it some kind of time related thing?

i think that he did something in that room to alter the future.....this was just a tiny detail (clue) the writers gave us to let us know......maybe that thing alters time.....remember the room shook (dresser) a little (the person that found this on lostpedia is a genius...i back tracked on the show and missed the second shot....lovin' it

I agree. I didn't try and sort them all out, but if you pay attention to the photo that they focus on (head shot of the kid, I think a white T-shirt), it's DEFINITELY in a different frame when Miles is done.

i was thinking about this during breakfast (yes i am consumed!) and it made mewonder if he can do something small to create minor differences in the world as we know it, what if he has inadvertantly done one thing or a few things that have created a paradox or several of them?
