Ginger, thanks a lot. It was really great! Did you see the rap videos by AlpineKat? Mentioned at the bottom of the Cern article. (On YOU-Tube) One is about "The Large Hadron Rap" and the other is N3UROCHIP Rap--very well done.Explains a lot in the rapper style-very creative and exactly right! On the latter one there were credits for Ben-Jacob's group. Thought that was funny! Also, if you're a fan of Albert Einstein there's a great video of of"Quotes by Albert Einstein" to Mozart's Piano Sonata #5. His quotes are very worth reading today. Just for your info. And defintely enjoyed the Cern article!:):):):)

The Hadron Rap involves info about matter, antimatter, dark energy, and new undiscovered dimensions ---some of the things we have talked about re Lost. It's really clever and worth seeing.

Great and informative article!!! Thanks again for a nice find. BTW - you know where it refered to the quark-gluon matter towards the bottom of the article? It said that when it is released from a thick soup. The soup cools quickly and the quarks and gluons stick together to form protons and neutrons, the building blocks of matter. Okay, just remember this part. It was my pre-utility fog guess of what the black smoke is. Just keep it in mind....I'm not going back on the utility fog idea just yet...
Maybe that physicist told me that if quark-gluon plasma was released it would destroy the universe to throw me off? Dr. Quantum was his name....Hmmmm...doesn't sound like it would destroy anything at all...just the opposite! Maybe he really does consult with the show afterall...interesting.

my whole take on this thing is....ok so bad things could happen. but when columbus said the ocean towards the end of the world what if he didn't? we wouldn't have the knowledge we have now. its just every accomplishment takes chances. whose to say that doing this won't let us learn of fussion (or is it fission) I don't know whatever one we haven't found how to do yet. and we will have an energy source more powerful then coal and the nuclear source we have now. and it won't cause pollution. yes its dangerous but so is crossing a street in michigan but it still happens
