women and boy jack saved in the car crash

Sorry if any one has all ready posted this but in the season 3 finale when jack saved the women and little boy, i think it could be juilets sister and son julian what do you guys think

a lot of people have mentioned this and i think in 2004 julian is around 2.5 - we dont know for sure when jacks flashforward is but there was talk of it being in 2009 which would perhaps be right for the ages? i cant remember what age the boy is - they do say in the show but my brain is turning to mush with all these figures!
