Hey guys, I haven't been around in quite awhile, but I've been rewatching season 4 on my Zune when I work out and I'm getting pumped for season 5.

anyway, I came across this today, and i didnt see it posted here yet, but it looks like it has some new season 5 footage as well as some season 4 footage, along with a picture flashing a couple times.
