When Naomi is being briefed by whats his name the black lawyer - and he is showing her the photos of each team member. The one of Miles I think was taken while he is taking part in the ghost busting scene we see him in at the Grandmas house.
Miles is wearing the same clothes and carrying that case, and also when we see him pull up in his car outside the 'Grandmas' house he is looking in his rear view mirror as if checking to see if he is being followed or is aware he is being followed.
A small point perhaps, but just another small piece in the puzzle and perhaps proving that what we are seeing there is a defo flashback to before he is sent to the island.
