season 3 the bonus dvd its the top right screen number 3 ...then go to lost in a day ...then fast foward to 12 min 56 seconds and the guy on the right he is the prop guy named rob.....now if someone could pull up a pic of jacob in the cabin and put this guys mug next to it they are clones i swear to god clones....from the side view u can tell its him without a doubt...i guess they just used his face i dont know but this is him

They have already said that one of the Props Guys did play Jacob!

Seriously, right now there is no Jacob. They haven't cast the part yet. So, I don't think that there's any big Jacob secret in the season 1 epi unless it's someone we already know. The actor playing Jacob doesn't have a job yet. Jaystar, you are right, it doesn't matter. Not yet. Maybe never.

I think Jacob is already an important part. It just may not matter very much who he is. It may matter more what he is!

We don't know what Jacob is yet. There are theories. I have my own. I wouldn't go crazy over photos because they haven't hired the actor to portray him yet!

Just search who plays him, then Search that name on Google!!

As stated previosly. The writers have said that was mearly a prop guy to use as a shadowy figure not realy intended to be seen as a person but just an outline of one. The voice was done buy Carlton Cruse "Help Me" At that time no one was schedual to be Jacob. So they just used a prop guy to bring out the fact that Jacob was indeed a real,actual being. Now rather he is living or in this time is another story. But no one so far is credit as being the role of Jacob for the series as of yet.

I wish i knew which Pod cast or interview it was. But the writers have hinted that we have seen Jacob before and before we "See" him in season 3
