Lose 40 pounds and get the kind of body I have wanted for almost half a decade. I've already shed 21 pounds in just over a month, so 40 doesn't seem out of reach. And now that I know how to work out best to get my body in shape, all that matters now is discipline. And that, I can say, I have plenty of.

So with all that said, my resolution is to look like this in mid-June:

It won't be easy, but then again, what is if its worth having?
