My back is good!!!!! Really put my body to the test today and went for a 2.5 mile walk this morning!!!! NOOO...I wouldn't recommend any of my patients with my situation to go and do this.....but as it turns out, I'm THE WORST patient!!!! LOL:D Good news is I feel great.....

Wow, I am amazed at the return, 1Hr! I'd have freaked, had I awakened the way you did. I've seen a couple L4-5,S1 ant tib insults that NEVER got any dorsiflexion back. Diff situation, but just goes to show you, you never know. So, anyway, hip flexors - everything is 100% now? How's the strength? Am I annoying? You wanna sit down? Want me to give you another shove in the wc? Like, right by these stairs here? Shall I summon Abaddon? heeheeheehee
