Charlotte...Mircle Baby?

Sorry if this had been brought up before. But I was watching Season Two. and near the end there is an espisode titled "?" It is a Mr. Eko flashback. IN the first flash back Mr. Eko as a priest is listining to mother talk about her drowned daughter who the next day woke up alive. She calls her Charlotte. The mother is also Red haired, blue eyeed and talks with a heavy british accent. Same girl as the Charlotte from the boat, now on the island, now grown up?

i also wondered that but they dont really look alike and i dont think the girl had an accent. but it seems unusual that they would use the same name

No the girl that Eko went to meet was the phychics daughter that told Claire to give her baby away in California.

Yeah, and the psychic's daughter is... Charlotte, the girl who drowned.
She also shows up at the airport at the end. She spoke about meeting Eko's brother when she was "between places."

I think 54 is right.
And just because they used different actors, doesn't mean much... remember the picture with Penny and Desmond.

highly unlikely because i dont think she will grow to an adult that quick she spoke to eko in the airport as a young girl then just suddenly becomes an adult 4 months later ?? cant be her

We're talking about a show about survivors who interact with dead people. Marooned on an island with Others who don't age, travel thru time, and have a smoke monster as a pet.

I'd say anything is possible... :)

I'm guessing they are different people. But who knows. Although I thought I heard somewhere that the writers were not planning on connecting them. Kinda like the "Annie" deal, where "Annie" is Kate's middle name and also the name of Ben's childhood friend.

The girl is a young skinny red-head with blue eyes, who basically survives a drowning. To refresh memories this espisode is a flashback of Mr. Eko as a priest and the same pyschic with Clare is also involved with this "miricle".

i honestly thought they looked kinda similar, and kids change accent when they move countries all the time. i'm with you, its a big chance

I think this explains why it couldnt be CHarlotte on the island.
