I think this has been brought up before. But I just want to get thoughts of those who have not heard this or want to add on.

In season 3 when Sawyer kills John's dad (being the man sawyer has been looking for his whole life) is Sawyer killing himself.

That is...is John's dad = Saywer as an old man????

It's an interesting idea. I could see Sawyer becoming something like that depending on what will happen to him, but I think that he would know not to get himself in that kind of situation in the Brig, and I don't think he would ever con Locke like that.

I don't think Sawyer would become as evil as Cooper and Cooper might be the most evil charicter in LOST so far.

but I have been rewatching season 1 and I found an interesting conection involving Cooper In episode "1x12 What Ever The Case May Be" one of Kate's flashbacks during the bank robbery that she orginised there was a man there that looks just like Cooper but he is only on screen for a few seconds if it is him no one could have made the conection because Lockes dad was introduced several episodes later but i could be mistaken.
