That was Ms. Hawking, wasn't it? The woman from the jewelry store that told Desmond he must go to the Island. Seems like she has been overseeing events for a long time.

1. Back to before the plane crash
2. Forward to the hatch being gone
3. Back to before the plane crash
4. Waaayy back to pre Dharma (I am guessing) - the guys with the guns
