At first I thought it was Jack's pills, seeing as to how he made that comment about them right after, but I guess it wouldn't make much sense if they were.

I think its money! He may need to bribe people (lawyers, judges, jail guards, police?) to get Hurley released and to do it within 70 hours. IMO He's responsible for the lawyers going to Kate's house so he can get Kate to take Aaron and run, run, run! Kate has always run and now that she's bonded with Aaron she will do anything to keep him with her. She'll keep going! Ben may have Jack's pills in there too, since that would give him an extra game plan to control or disable Jack if he goes some way Ben doesn't want him to go. BTW- Do we know why Sun is in LA?
