where can i watch the new episode while or soon after its on tv

i have to work tonight and i only have internet connection no tv feed, absolutely ridiculus since nbc studios is right down stairs, but maybe some one records it and has it as a video file or stream, cuz abc makes available the next day right?

On ABC... haha no i know what you mean. Usually ABC.com or any of the sites that show TV shows... upload the episode the next day. http://tv.yahoo.com i think also has shows... But you'll probably have to wait til tomorrow to watch it which definitely sucks.
