His toiletries. JK I was thinking maybe its notes he made to himself considering this maybe a loop and he provided himself with details. May explain why he was always one step ahead. May also be maps or coordinates needed to get him to where he needs to go but it is def something he has placed there in the past, I use the word " past" very loosely following season 5 epi 1
