kate's cell phone showed Jack's caller ID pop up--351-555-0426 O6 for Oceanic 6, and I'll have to double check the middle number in between the O6, but I remember it was one of em.
Ben pulled the number 342 in the butcher shop.
What else?????

so i double checked and the number is 323-555-0156.
so from the numbers(4,8,15,16,23,42) jack's # contains:23, 15, and O6.
Another one is Dr. Chengs clock flipping to 8:15.

I caught that too, I also caught Ben in the buther store take the number 342. My only question is what's with the number 3 before the numbers is it coincidence or not?

Maybe only 3 of the Oceanic 6 survive. Jake, Kate, and Aaron?

Or the #3 that's being repeated here is a new number being added to the base 6 numbers. So it might be 3, 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42. The 3 preceeding the 4 is similar to the 15, preceeding the 16. This may indicate that they have had an incident of this kind before. Or, if the numbers aren't going up, they are going down and we're coming closer to zero (doomsday?) or negative numbers? Just a thought to add to our Lost Soup!! Is that a sugar-free cream pie I see coming my way??LOL

We saw the #8 and #15 on the alarm clock, the flight attendant announced flight #23 departing from gate #15. We saw the numbers 4,8,15 in the hospital room scene where jack is bringing sayid back. and 42 frm the bucther shop

I had to rewind my DVR three or four time to make sure I heard something correct....when Jill...I think that was the butchers name...when she said "have a nice day" it sounded like "namaste" if you say them out loud a few times to yourself they sound very close.

Mr. Whidmore has a painting in his office of a polar bear with the word "Namaste" on it. You can see it in the background when Desmond is speaking with him.

Funny you should mention "namaste", when Desmond went to see Charles Widmore, there was a painting on the wall in his office that had namaste painted on it.

I chuckled to myself when I saw it. Were it not for this website, I'd have thought nothing of it.

Namaste is like aloha for the Dharma Initiative. It's also a cool Beastie Boys tune.

DI does use this and it is similar to aloha, but it is a term that is still used today here in the states... Back in the day I had a biology teacher that insisted on starting every class with that greating. Nothing to crazy about the term. In the show I do see it as a marker for the DI.

When they didnt push the button in season 2, Penny's people "found" the island, was this because the magnetic field was down for a short period of time. Or did it have to do with the island traveling in time?
I dont know if this is in another blog, but is the island moving locations or just time?
