The Hanso Foundation run by Alvar Hanso has interest in Black rock because some one in family use to own it. Mittleworks his second in command who was groomed to one day take over the company held Alvar captive in his own home with some of his men. With the help of Rachel BLake, Alvar was freed and again took control of his company and Mittleworks is on the run. Come to find out Rachel is Alvar's daughter and she was trying to take down th corportation. Hanso Foundation, Maxwell group a subsidiary of Windmore which is owned by Penny's father, Paik industries owned by sun's father, the box company that Hugo owned and sam (find 815) had stock in, the mental institution and Oceanic airlines (Hanso Air) are working together. Rachel tracked down Mittelworks and was able to get a picture of a map that he was holding. It is a map of an Island located in Canada possibly Edwards Ilsand. This Island is possibly to be used for a ship. Not just any ship though, this ship is huge and will need a special place to dock it. It also has a quartined section on the ship much like the hatch on th island did. This ship is being or is already built by Paik Industries for Hanso Foundation. When Alvar takes back control of the company he places a letter on the website. If you scroll over this letter the music changes and you hear a man possibly Mittleworks say " I HAVE THE VIRUS I WILL NOT FAIL". We know that Hanso obtained those mysterious numbers that keep coming up from a scientist by the name of Zanfretti Zanfretti equation when figured out these numbers tell the exact time that all mankind and earth will be destroyed.
I also found that Hanso Air recently bought out Oceanic Airlines. A letter on their website stated that due to Oceanic airlines losing several airplanes in the south pacific they were now running the company. This may be why the plane they found is not Oceanic 815!!! Hopefully there will be more answers to come.
